Part-Time Store Manager

(Cobham Boutique)

Location: Cobham, Surrey
Hours: 3 days per week (weekdays, occassional weekends), 9.30am – 5.30pm

Phoenix Style is one of the UK's leading luxury resale retailers, specialising in authenticated designer fashion, handbags, accessories and fine jewellery. We are looking for an experienced, organised and customer-focused Part-Time Store Manager to lead our Cobham boutique three days a week.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong retail management experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships and creating a beautiful in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the Cobham store.
• Lead, motivate and support the store team.
• Prepare and manage staff rotas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients and VIP customers.
• Merchandise the shop floor to the highest standard, ensuring displays remain fresh, commercial and inspiring.
• Create eye-catching window displays that reflect current stock, trends and promotions.
• Oversee stock presentation, housekeeping and visual standards throughout the store.
• Plan and implement in-store promotions and events.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Ensure company procedures, security and operational standards are maintained.
• Work closely with the wider Phoenix Style team to achieve business objectives.

About You

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience is essential.
• Experience within luxury retail, premium fashion or luxury resale is highly desirable.
• Passionate about fashion, luxury brands and exceptional customer service.
• A confident leader with excellent people management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with the ability to drive sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, positive and able to work independently.

Sales Assistant
(Wimbledon Boutique)

We’re looking for a friendly, fashion-savvy, experienced Sales Associate to join our Phoenix Style boutique in Wimbledon Village.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous retail experience (luxury/resale a bonus!)
- Confident, approachable and great with customers
- Reliable and flexible – available 1 weekday + 1 weekend day (more days available)
- A passion for fashion and sustainability

Location: Phoenix Style, Wimbledon Village

Part-time: 2 days minimum per week (1 weekday + 1 weekend day)
