PART TIME SALES ASSISTANT - Wimbledon

We are currently recruiting for a part-time sales assistant working one or two days per week. The position will be based in our Wimbledon Store and will hold a key sales position within the store. An amazing position for someone who is interested in part-time work. Knowledge of the resale environment is preferable, but retail experience is essential.

As a Resales Specialist, you are goal-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. You're client-obsessed, adaptable, and passionate about luxury brands, fashion, and sustainability. Above all, you embody the Phoenix Style culture of sustainability & driving results.

What You Get To Do Every Day

Drive sales through engagement of clients, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
To work as part of a team – collaborating to ensure retail operational excellence and great customer care.
Work with the Store Manager to price and research items for sale
Give a friendly welcome and use your outgoing personality to impact the customer experience.
To identify customer needs and be eloquent when answering all product-related questions.
Take pride in the standards of the shop floor and work with the wider team to ensure we always look our best.
Working with team members to ensure accurate stock management and rotation.


What You Bring To The Role

Motivated by a desire to excel at sales
2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service
Passion about client service and the ability to establish trust
A problem solver who can handle a variety of clients and customers
You will be confident and competent in welcoming and engaging our customers and be able to form lasting relationships.
Professional appearance and demeanour with a love of luxury fashion
