If you decide you would like to return your item, we ask that you please process your return within 48 hours of receiving it.

We will issue a full refund as soon as your item(s) have been received, inspected and confirmed unworn and with all its tags attached.

You will need to return your item(s) within 7 days  from the date of delivery, entitling you to a full refund or exchange, failure to do so will result in a store credit.

Please note ALL ITEMS BOUGHT IN SALE are non-refundable.

We are not affiliated with any of the brands that are sold within our stores and all items sold on our website and within our stores are sold on behalf of individual, private sellers and this means that (like most resale platforms and stores) the sale is final and we cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges that are out of the 48 hour policy.

To make a return, please go to the Return portal and register your return. After receiving confirmation and a RTN number, items may be returned via post or brought back to our store at the following address:

Items must be returned in their original condition in order to be eligible for a full refund. We cannot accept the return of items that have been used, altered or personalised. Phoenix Style will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. 

Your payment will be refunded at the earliest possible opportunity and confirmation will be sent to you via email, but please allow up to 5 working days for funds to show in your account.

Any postage, customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.
