If you decide you would like to return your item purchased on our website, please process your return within 48 hours of receiving it by submitting your details on link above.

We will issue a full refund as soon as your item(s) have been received, inspected, and confirmed unworn with all tags attached. You must return your item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery to be entitled to a full refund or exchange. Failure to do so will result in a store credit being issued. If you are collecting your item from our stores, you must collect your item within 7 days to qualify for a refund. Any items collected from our stores after the 7-day return period will only be eligible for store credit.

Please note all items bought in sale are non-refundable.

We are not affiliated with any of the brands that are sold within our stores. All items sold on our website and within our stores are sold on behalf of individual, private sellers. This means that, like most resale platforms and stores, the sale is final, and we cannot accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges that are outside of the 48-hour policy.

To make a return, please go to the Return portal and register your return. After receiving confirmation and an RTN number, items may be returned via post or brought back to our store at the following address:

Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund. We cannot accept the return of items that have been used, altered, or personalised. Phoenix Style will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Your payment will be refunded at the earliest possible opportunity, and confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to show in your account.

Any postage, customs, or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.
