COLLECT IN STORE
Collect your purchase in person at our store in Cobham, Surrey or our boutique in Wimbledon Village. Collections can be made during our opening hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the item/s has been packaged and ready for collection. It is important to note that proof of purchase will be required for collection.
We aim to ship any item between 1-2 days depending on where the stock is located. Next day shipping is possible within KT11 and SW19 where stock is available and if ordered before 12pm on a weekday. Orders for items placed after this time and over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Please be aware that your parcel will require a signature in order to be delivered and tracking information will be supplied on the day of dispatch.
If your order is placed and payment has cleared before 12pm (GMT) your item(s) will be dispatched on the same day. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but in rare cases, local customs and excise authorities can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. We will notify you of any delays where possible and a tracking number will be sent to you on the day of dispatch. As we are based in the UK, we therefore ship within business working hours Monday to Friday excluding English Bank Holidays. We use DHL to ship internationally and deliveries are normally within a week. It is important to note that international clients (including EU clients as of 1st January 2021) may be liable to customs and excise duties or taxes when purchasing from us. We are unable to waive these charges and they must be paid by you the buyer, in order for you to receive your item. Rates are dependent on the country of residence, so please contact your local customs authority for detailed information.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
All delivery charges applied on ordering do not include any relevant import duties or taxes. If ordering products from our website for international delivery outside of the UK, the order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination.
Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.
The Buyer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Buyers are advised to contract their local customs office for further information before placing an order through our website. We will not be able to contact the local customs office, this would be your responsibility.
If the buyer would like to return their item, these charges cannot be refunded, and must instead be recuperated from their local customs office.
It is not possible for Phoenix Style to declare items below the sale value or to mark items as ‘gifts’ for the purposes of evading customs charges.
In rare cases, local customs and excise authorities can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. A tracking number will be sent to you on the day of dispatch with your order confirmation.
Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and that we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your order will be free of signs of tampering. Please also be aware that United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply.
