By submitting your item for sale to or through Phoenix Style, you guarantee that your item is free from finance, theft, and is guaranteed authentic. We reserve the right to have any item checked by experts and reserve the right to return it to you and request a full refund should these terms not be met.


All our luxury bags are authenticated by our expert in-house team and are also verified through our partner, Entrupy, which provides an authentication certificate. We exclusively use Entrupy for the authentication of our bags, and this is the sole form of authentication we provide when selling a bag. Any bag that does not pass the Entrupy authentication process will not be offered for sale in our stores. Bags that have passed the Entrupy authentication process and received a certificate are deemed authentic by us.



We accept all major credit cards, although all payments must be conducted using our secure online payments system provided by Shopify by the cardholder only. Payments may be subject to a holding period, under which circumstances notification will be provided. We have a strict 3D secure rule base that means all your address and passwords must match the card being used. If you have any questions regarding this, please call us to discuss.



All debit card payments are free from any additional charge. Any payment over £4,000 will require a proof of address and identification.



All international or foreign payments must be made either through a verified PayPal account or bank transfer. We can also accept international or foreign credit card payments via chip and PIN in-store.



Any amounts over £4,000 will need to be supported by two forms of ID and an explanation of where the funds came from (this is to comply with new money laundering laws). Payments in cash may also be deposited directly into our bank account. All payments should be made payable to 'Phoenix Style Limited'.



All items are sent with minimum insurance, but we advise that any items over £500 be insured using our High Value Protection Shipping for full value insurance.



Items will be dispatched within 2 working days, and shipping details are listed on each product page.



We offer all clients the opportunity to return items within 7 days of receipt. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery costs, will be provided upon the safe receipt of items in the same condition as supplied. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender. We recommend that similar insurance be placed on items when returning them to us. All returns must be communicated with a RMA number obtained and attached prior to an item being sent back.

Returns of items on offer are subject to standard terms and conditions. The cost of the promotion will be deducted from any refund given if the promotional gift is not returned with the full price item.



We do not offer refunds or returns for items purchased in our stores. All sales are final. We recommend ensuring that you are 100% confident in your purchase.


If you decide you would like to return your item, please process your return within 48 hours of receiving it by submitting your details on the RETURNS section at the bottom of the website home page. Click on the link to begin your return, and you will receive an RTN number.

We will issue a full refund as soon as your item(s) have been received, inspected, and confirmed unworn with all tags attached. You must return your item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery to be entitled to a full refund or exchange. Failure to do so will result in a store credit being issued. If you are collecting your item from our stores, you must collect your item within 7 days to qualify for a refund. Any items collected from our stores after the 7-day return period will only be eligible for store credit.

Please note all items bought in sale are non-refundable.

We are not affiliated with any of the brands that are sold within our stores. All items sold on our website and within our stores are sold on behalf of individual, private sellers. This means that, like most resale platforms and stores, the sale is final, and we cannot accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges that are outside of the 48-hour policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund. We cannot accept the return of items that have been used, altered, or personalised. Phoenix Style will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Your payment will be refunded at the earliest possible opportunity, and confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to show in your account.

Any postage, customs, or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.
